I had so much fun in New Jersey with the Yegge's! I can't believe how fast the week went. Emma was a little trooper on all of the flights (4 total) and slept the majority of the time. She is definitely one great little traveler. It was nice to see the wonderful friends I made while in AK after a couple of years. The Yegge family was basically my life while Todd was deployed and Liz gave me a wonderful "heads up" as to what motherhood would be like. It felt like I just saw them yesterday; only the kids were so much bigger than the last time I saw them. I was also able to visit with the Lujan's (Holand was Todd's company commander in AK). Emma reached out for the very first time for someone during our trip...Holand! Daddy is in trouble...Emma is a little flirt. New Jersey is such a neat place with so much to offer around every corner. I can't wait to take Todd!
